Fret not, these moves will help you score tighter arms, calves and abs in no time when paired with a nutritional diet. The best part? They can be done from the comfort of your own home!
Squat and Shoulder Press. This move works your glutes, thighs and arms. You should stand with your feet should-width apart with weights in each hand. Bend the knees a squat for 12 reps.
Crossover Lunge: Working your calves, hamstrings and glutes, you should start with the arms at shoulder height then step forward with your right foot, crossing it in front of left like a curtsy for 12 reps then repeat for the opposite leg.
Standing Lift: Specific for the obliques, back and shoulders, this move starts by with left foot in front of right, holding one weight with both hands and your arms extended so weight is by the right hip. Rotate arms up and across but don’t twist the torso. Do 12 reps then switch and repeat.
