Staying motivated is one of the most difficult things to do when you are involved in the world of fitness. Sometimes it is too easy to give up, especially when it appears as if the world is trying everything it can to push you as far away as possible from your goals. That’s why we’ve put together our Easter themed workout, which is perfect for the holiday that involves lots of chocolate!

Egg Hunt Warm Up

During this exercise activity, you simply set up an Easter egg hunt and then partner up with a buddy. One partner completes an exercise of their choosing from the list below whilst the other goes out to find one of the hidden eggs. Each partner must choose a different exercise to the one they did before and continue until their partner returns. The games ends when all the eggs have been found.

  • Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Planks
  • Mountain Climbers

Egg Hunt Exercise Challenge

For this exercise, everyone works independently. To begin, you must have one person who is not participating hide a bunch of chocolate eggs, which each have an exercise challenge written on the front. Everyone starts at the same time and once you have found an egg, you run back to your mat, complete your challenge with the correct form and then run out to find another egg. The one with the most at the end wins! Plus, any participant found cheating or slacking in their exercise activity will face a forfeit: a 120 second plank!
