Level 2 Fitness Instructor
This course is based rather heavily on theory as it is vital that fitness instructors understand how the body works. During the level 2 course you will learn anatomy and physiology level 2, the principles of exercise level 2 and complete a 3 day practical workshop that includes an exam. There will also be home study questions to complete in the form of a worksheet. If you are interest in this course, it will be taking place on the 19th, 20th and 26th of August at Absalute gym in Thurrock lakeside, Essex and the cost of £599 can be paid over a 12 month period with zero interest.
Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy
If sports massage therapy is more of your cup of tea, our course on the subject is just what you have been looking for. This course has a heavy workload that includes assessment worksheets, a sport theory exam, the principles of health and fitness worksheets and theory short answers and much more. FTS are unique in how they will come to you as an individual with help for theory exams if you require it in order to ensure you get the best education possible. With a final cost of £1599, the course requires a £250 deposit and can be paid in 12 separate instalments of £112.41.
