Kettlebells are now a staple of a typical gym room but so many people avoid using them as they’re either unsure how to incorporate them into a workout or how they can benefit from them.

First and foremost, they’re a celebrity favourite. If you’ve wanted to get a strong and slender body like Jennifer Aniston or Jessica Biel for some time now, then it’s time to pick up the kettlebell.
Kettlebells also increase weight loss in less time. This is because they work your whole body and more muscles all at the same time. Studies have shown that on average, a decent kettlebell workout can burn up to 20 calories per minute, or around 400 calories per 20 minutes!
Regularly using kettlebells can also improve your posture. This is because your core gets the brunt of the workout, as you work to stabilise yourself through each movement. You may not have even realised you had poor posture, which most of us do through our daily work life *cough* desk jobs *cough*
You’ll become a lot stronger and you’ll find that you will be able to do your daily tasks a lot easier as your workouts continue. Simple things like carrying your shopping, picking up your children and even housework become easier. This is because using a kettlebell gives you a functional workout.
